    Description

    Cute little chipmunk, carved, wood burned, and hand painted, holding a nut, and sitting on a log. Signed Bill Green. On-line info:  William H. "Bill" Green (1922-2017) from Hackensack, MN, carved mainly decoys, lures, and fish, so I'm not sure it's the same carver, but whoever did it had some serious skill and a steady hand. "Alvin" is 3 1/8" high; on 3.5 x 2.5 x 1" log. Overall height is 4 1/8".
