The 2" tall miniature porcelain kangaroo figurine is a genuine Hager-Renaker, though it does not have the original paper card bottom.  There is some residue left that shows the letters 'ker' and part of another word above that.  I was able to authenticate it through on-line sources. It was originally made in San Dimas, CA but I do not know the artist designer.    The shapes are alike but the details often vary in the painting.  There were at least two versions of this kangaroo with the arms folded, opposite directions, and ears slightly different.  This little figure has lots of color shading.

It was originally made in San Dimas, CA but I do not know the artist designer.  There were many versions of the mice.  The ones with the pink ears and a front tooth were the most detailed, in my opinion.  This little figure has lots of color shading and attitude.    A wonderful addition to your HR collection.
Their history describes their figurines as being hand made, but I think they were hand finished.
The giraffe is not a Hager-Renaker.  I saw it on-line as 'made in Taiwan'.  It is cute, and will fit in with a wild life theme.  I hate to throw things out, so I threw it in.
