Jackalope Plastic Celluloid Figurine Vintage 3 inches tall

Fun little vintage figure. Made of that old type of plastic, ? Celluloid?.
The antlers are not removable, they appear to be glued in place.  Either an ink pen or pencil 69 is written on the bottom. I have not tried to clean it off as it might be the original price or perhaps the year that it was purchased. I purchased this at an estate sale in Bremerton WA USA.
About 3" tall when you include the antlers and about 2.75" from paw to tail. A little over 1" wide.
